So very busy month starting with Abby on the hay. We went to the Staheli farms which has a corn maze and other fun barn yard things such as a small petting zoo. You see the striped paints she has on and one might think, huh, that doesn't really go together, well she was petting some goats and fell in a puddle of goat pee. Disgusting I know. So my sister had a pair of paints that belong to her little boy who is nine months old, so there you have it, goat pee and all, barn yard fun. The cousins had a good time though, we left shortly after the pee incident because it was getting cold and her shoes, socks and pants were soaked in pee. Moving right along, I ran a 5K for breast cancer last weekend with my friend Laci who I also coach and work at the pool. My time was 31 minutes and 27 seconds, which I guess is not too bad for only running for two months. Next year I will do better. But we had fun, my sister Shawna and my nieces Alex and Cedar were there with Abby. Now for the fun part. Abby and I went to a Halloween party at our friends, the Lambert's house on Monday. Abby of course went in her lady bug costume and that is her friend Jack who she gets to play with twice a week while I coach. He and his parents were a pumpkin patch, very cute, they made there own costumes. But they love to play together and I am so grateful for them to watch Abby while I coach. Abby did not get upset this time when we put on her costume, I think she was excited to be back at Jack's house because before when I would put it on she would wear it for about one minutes and then she was done, but she wore it the whole time. There was a little girl about the same age as her at the party dressed as a monkey and that scared her a little bit. It was fun to see everyone in there costumes and the kids had fun. The video gives you a good idea how well they play together. Well in a couple of days there will be more Halloween pictures, so enjoy everyone.
